All of the services such as eliminating the system errors, updating the regulations and developments, improving the system, eliminating the need for additional reports and changing the user authorization are provided by our support unit.

 

Support services for all our licensed products are provided by Software Support Specialists and Enterprise Project Specialists.

 

Software Maintenance/Support; In order to ensure that the software products that support the business processes of the customers can be used up-to-date, effectively and uninterruptedly, the installation provided in accordance with certain service levels, error and problem troubleshooting, localization (compliance with legal regulations and procedural changes), adjustment for performance, urgent update package processing, version / release exchange, training renewal and reinforcement services. It is carried out on a call-based and/or service level basis. It can be given “Remote” or “Onsite”.
